With more than 23 years of experience, I have devoted my practice to representing individuals in complex employment disputes involving executive compensation, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and workplace misconduct. Over the course of my career, I have represented employees at every level, from hourly workers to senior executives, and I have handled matters across a wide range of industries through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

My practice is built on practical advocacy, strategic problem solving, and a commitment to helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments in their professional lives. I have extensive experience handling high-stakes employment matters from pre-litigation negotiations through trial and resolution, always with a focus on achieving meaningful results for my clients.
