Mark G. Lazarz is a partner in the Houston employment law firm of Shellist|Lazarz|Slobin. He specializes in working with higher level executives on separation issues while still maintaining a diverse docket of employment cases including discrimination claims, breaches of contract, sexual harassment claims and matters involving ERISA. Mr. Lazarz graduated magna cum laude from Sam Houston State University and completed his law degree with high honors from South Texas College of Law in Houston where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Lytae. Mr. Lazarz was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court of the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
