Mark G. Lazarz is an employment law attorney and partner in the Houston employment law firm of Shellist & Lazarz. Together with other attorneys in the firm, he handles many labor and employment claims, as well as medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He graduated magna cum laude from Houston State University in Huntsville, and completed his law degree with honors at South Texas College of Law in Houston. Mr. Lazarz was admitted to the Texas Bar Association in 1988. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has worked as a briefing attorney for the Texas Supreme Court. He has conducted sexual harassment training for a major health care organization in Houston.
